October's Theme: Monsters' Tea Party!
We're raising funds for the St. Louis Ball Jointed Doll Convention, so please join us and bring your friends! Each of our tables will be decorated to various themes and hosted by a different member of our committee. While we enjoy tea and a marvelous buffet, our Dollar Table Sale will raise funds for the OBC food pantry, and our amazing raffle will raise funds for the St. Louis BJD Convention.
There will be a costume contest!
Adults and children are encouraged to dress up in your Halloween best for this event. Prizes will be awarded in a variety of categories, including humor, hand-crafted finery, most original, and more! There will also be a separate costume contest for dolls, toys, and plush! Bring your favorite doll or teddy bear dressed up for Halloween!
If you are a doll collector, feel free to bring a doll or two with you. Our dolls will be having a tea party of their own, and your doll will be able to sit at one of the doll tables. We will have tables available in a variety of scale sizes, but we would appreciate an RSVP of your doll and its size so that we can be sure to provide a chair of the correct size.
If you are not a doll collector, we're happy to entertain you! Our raffle prizes and dollar table items will be a wide assortment of valuable things, so be sure to bring your wallet!
Each table is a special world unto itself. A limited number of seats are available at each table, so buy your tickets soon!
What's a dollar table?
On the table are many assorted things which can be purchased for a dollar. However, we must all take turns, and you will be given a chance to choose a number. Each shopper goes to the table in numerical order and will be allowed to choose a certain number of things, which can then be purchased for $1 each. After everyone has had a chance to shop the table, it becomes a free-for-all. You may feel free to bring items to donate to the Dollar Table; donations gain you first choice of the table! Suitable items should be things that are interesting and valuable. There will be many doll-oriented items available, as well as other trinkets. All proceeds from our Dollar Table Sale will support the OBC Food Pantry.
What's in the raffle?
Tickets will be sold at the event for our Raffle Spectacular! We are continuing to collect donations for the raffle, but here's a bit of a preview: Tea sets, Partylite Candle items, Craft Bundles, collectable toys, Dolls and plush, and OOAK art pieces.

View the list of our themed tables below. When you're ready, fill out the form at the bottom of the page and click Submit. You will then be directed to a page that will take you to Paypal to check out.
I don't have Paypal! What do I do?
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Then email us at [email protected] and Jenny will tell you how to pay for your ticket.
