Email error correction

Hi, friendly neighborhood webmistress Jen here!

It's recently been brought to our attention that we had an incorrect forwarding address to our [email protected] email address. It's totally my fault, feel free to fling toast if you need to (just not tomatoes as I have an allergy!).

If you've sent an email to [email protected] in recent months and have not gotten a reply, it's likely we have not received the email. The [email protected] email is now correct, so feel free to send Tricia as many emails as you need to! Just don't blow up her inbox please ;)

Thank you!

Vendor spaces available for Spring Fling

We have some exciting vendors lined up for our Spring Fling, but we can still work in a few more!

Vendor space is free, but you must contact us in advance so that we can provide you with a table. The free space gets you a single table (6' or 8'). If you need power, it can be arranged.
Those merchants who have a lot of items to offer should reserve a vendor's table.
Contact us at [email protected] for more info or to reserve your space.

If you just have a few things to sell, we also have a community sale table that does not require advance notice. Be sure to mark your items clearly and put your name on each one so that the rest of us will know who to speak to about the item in question.

Here are some FAQ  about Spring Fling vending:
Q: You said that the vendor tables are free, but are there any other "strings attached"?
A: The tables are free and we're not asking for a percentage of your sales, either. However, we do encourage our vendors to donate to our raffles. You can let us know if you prefer that your item should raise money for the convention or the food pantry. At the Spring Fling, the raffles raise money for our convention. At the convention, the raffles raise money for the OBC food pantry.
Donations are voluntary, but we hope that you'll help us out.

Q: The items I have to sell aren't just doll things. Can I bring my jewelry/crochet items/novel to sell, too?
A: Yes! Ideally, we want our vendor tables to have at least *some* items relating to Ball-Jointed dolls, but other merchandise is welcome at this event as well.

Q: How many people will be there?
A: Since we are not requiring advance registration, we can't provide a precise number. Last year the Spring Fling attracted about 20 people. This year we are hoping for a much larger turn-out.

Q: Can my friend and I split a table? I make hats and pinafores and she makes shoes and jewelry, but neither of us have enough items to fill a whole table.
A: Sure! Just let us know when you register.

Q: I'm not really a merchant, but I want to promote my own event/project/club. May I have a table to hand out flyers?
A: We absolutely love cross-promotion. You might consider also joining us in the fall at our convention, too. We trade promotional tables with other events all across the midwest!

Q: I see that you like pirates and ninjas. May I sell live monkeys, ninja weapons, functional pirate pistols, and rum at your event?
A: While we admire your spirit, we would prefer not to have live creatures, live steel, firearms, explosives, or alcohol of any kind at this event. We are being graciously hosted by Overland Baptist Church, and so the above items are not allowed in the building.

Q: But what about service animals?
A: Service animals are of course welcome.
